4. Products, Orders, and Pricing

Certain products (including digital downloads) may be available exclusively online and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Returns Policy. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order, to limit sales to any person or region, and to discontinue any product at any time, all at our sole discretion.

Digital products (such as PDFs, workbooks, or online course access) are delivered electronically. Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," all digital product sales are final except as required by law or as otherwise stated in our Returns Policy. Physical journals and printed products may be returned or exchanged consistent with our Returns Policy.

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing the next business day.

5. Purchase Options: Pre-Orders

Some items in our store may be offered as a pre-order — an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method securely, and then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date once the item becomes available.

You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled, and any deposit or partial payment will be refunded in full. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and shipped or delivered, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may request a refund consistent with our Returns Policy — including that digital products are final sale once delivered, and physical journals may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.

6. License to Use Digital Products

When you purchase a digital product from COINZ®, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, publicly share, or repost any COINZ® digital product, in whole or in part, without our express written permission. All content remains the property of My Coinz Journal / COINZ® and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update your information (including email address and payment details) so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or in violation of these Terms.

We may provide access to third-party tools or link to third-party sites over which we have no control.
