Refund policy

Overview

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your item was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete any return.

Non-Returnable Items

●      Gift cards

●      Digital downloads (eBooks, PDFs, workbooks, course access, and other downloadable products)

Because digital products are delivered electronically and cannot be "returned" in a physical sense, all digital product sales are final. This is consistent with our Terms of Service.

Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, including:

●      Journals or books showing obvious signs of use

●      Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and let you know whether your refund has been approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear, depending on your card issuer or payment provider.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Items purchased on sale or with a discount code cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, email us at info@mycoinzjournal.com before shipping anything back, and we'll provide return instructions.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue the refund to the original purchaser, who will be notified of the return.

Shipping Returns

To return a physical product, please contact us at info@mycoinzjournal.com first for return authorization and instructions.

You are responsible for your own return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping (if originally paid by us) will be deducted from your refund amount. Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
